By coincidence, multipleman78, i've just come from looking at the Montgomery double save. Yeah, 2 fantastic moments, and what a goal by Radford indeed. Wasn't that when Motson was just starting out on match of the Day?

I wasnt alive when this happened but it gives me goosebumps watching. its just the greatest long range goal ever. I dont know why, it just has a certain magic to it. The 1-2, the terrible pitch, the flying goalie, the wonderful commentary, the crowd and Radford's celebration of wow i just scored a screamer. Only thing to top it in 1970's FA Cup history is Montgomery's save for Sunderland in final v Leeds.

Great video and memories. I was there. What a goal what a tackle by Ron before the goal that followed. Amazing and then hero tricky Ricky George and Dudley Tyler so good and the whole team put out and created a piece of grand Hereford History. I live in CA now but of course have lots of pals in hereford still. Great times.

brilliant goal by Radford, and I say that as a Newcastle supporter. One of my first memories of watching MOTD was seeing this, I think my dad must have let me stay up to watch it - the &8%£*!"!
