If you've already checked out the Best Buys section at cameralabs, I'd recommend trying your shortlisted models out in person at a store. Feel free to discuss your choice further in the cameralabs forum...

hey im picking between the rebel xs, d60, and d40 which would you recommend to a first time dslr user. I have checked out your website and now these are my choices. What would you recommend?

i have a small Sony N2 pocket camera and i want one with better picture quality now. I saw the Panasonic LX3 and the test pictures looking good and the camera looks also nice but for the same money or even less i can get this Nikon D40 but im not sure about such a big camera and ive heard about dust proplems with DSLR cameras. what camera has a better automatic mode for dummies like me, the LX3 or D40 or what about the Nikon P6000 or olympus SP-565 UZ?

I tried to join the camera labs forum, but not having much success with my computer! Anyway just a quick question? Would you recommend the 'Sigma Lens 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro built-in motor' as a second lense? Life with my D40 is going well, and I shall try the website again soon. Many thanks.

hmmm, i mean, i don't care that much for the 10 mpixels, but the vibration reduction is kind of a big deal to me. and it's not that much expensive too(at least here). thanks, your reviews are very helpfull.
