Brilliant promo film, demonstrates how Hull is changing rapidly and makes me all nostalgic. Top job!

I moved to Hull when I was young and daft, lucyovhullx. Now I can`t get out of the place, because the boom in house prices has passed this city by. That`s what I`m saying. It`s not absolutely a bad place, no. It`s just that no one wants to live here - except people who were born here. If people wanted to live here, the house price increase would have shown £for£ the national trend. It hasn`t. In my view - and only my view, admittedly - there`s far too much concrete and not enough green space.
