Birdland is a Joe Zawinul composition. Joe Zawinul was the keyboard player for Weather Report. He was also co-leaders with Wayne Shorter.

Actually the drummer is Alex Acuna, Erskine joined a year or two later. There are some other versions posted with Erskine playing. |
