I know why cuz I just tried the layup. It is a lot further to the rim than I thought and I need to have pretty good body control in the air.

what people don't realize is horse is about making the other guy miss. I personally saw Pete make harder shots before, like throwing the ball high up from from half court, hitting the foul line and then banking it in off the back board. He used to do that quite easily. I think he was trying beat the other guy with these shots, not trying for the spectacular... which he could do.

Man, the NBA was hot back then, today, 98% of the players are thugs, you can forget the idea of making them play H-O-R-S-E, even tough Lebron played one and lost one or two weeks ago.
