ok im pretty sure its just a red white and blue bass not a french or dutch flagi could be wrong but it looks like just a red white and blue bass red hot chili peppers kick ass go flea!!

It depends on how low you hang the bass. Most good bass players have the bass at belly height, so they have it on a 0 degree angle. |
