In theory, it's a good idea. But I don't think it was executed very well. I would have liked to see and hear the interaction that happened between customers and between other employees as well.

I think just walking into an electronics store makes people stupid. Half the job consists of pointing out the wide screen tvs you and the customer are both standing next to.
