umpc generally stands for ultramobile, which in NO way implies a touchscreen is really needed for it to be classified as a umpc. all a pc needs to be called a umpc is to be light, have a decent battery life, and not be too bulky. i think you've mistaken the true definition with the trend of umpc's having toughscreen.

My concern now is whether this might play any video formats smoothly. Will the SA1 manage to play Quicktime, Real, AVI, WMV etc with such CPU speed?
