Oh. and this is the first tie Ill haver be in contact with tumbling.. I have never done it before.. so...the maisn tricks i ll like to know are....mainly the back hand spring and then a back flip... so i just anted to ask to everyone pro in this matter...how long does it take??Thanks..;)

hey guys... I wanted to try a back hand spring but not for cheerleading purposes and stuff. Just wanted to do it cause it´s very cool and that´s all.. well i´m a 17 years old boy.... and i wanted to ask all of u...how long does it take to do a back hand spring??
