It would actully smell more like formaldahyde or some other organic fixating solution. Which is bad, but not intolerable.

Of course. But this Cadaver doesnt look to have any blood in it so his hands wouldnt get very dirty.

If you have not noticed the actual cadaver is fake. But he is using it to demonstrate a decomposed male. If he were to actually used a decomposed cadaver the smell would be horrific as for him wearing gloves, shame on you Doctor!
