In capacitors when newly electrons (of charge -Q) approaches one plate it will experience of force of repullsion from the negatively charged plate, and this increases their potential energy and the potential across the capacitor will increase But as -Q approaches, -Q from the opp plate will get repelled. The question now if this is happened shouldnt the potential of the capacitor be constant because as ΔPE comes from -Q on one plate shouldnt ΔPE is transferred from the opp plate
