only wi fi unsecured or if u know the wep keyif you want internet every where you have to pay like 15 or 20 extra a month

download them then connect the usb cord open folder go to the storage device click and dragbefore u do that you have to instal the cd that came with it when you do that it'll say the active thing after it gets it click explore then do it. =)

yea i got my shadow a few weeks ago and its great the speakers are really loudi got a 2gb memory card w/it wi-fi is free and it has a lot of features smooth back and much more

well no...it's because it's wifi - where ever you get the connection, your online and you basically can go on the internet.
