I have to agree with piazza1993, Subterranean Homesick Blues was the first rap song. Peace :-)

I think it means she's attractive but of little substance. Her mopinion doesn't really count.

How about Subterranean Homesick Blues?

"It's all right ma' I'm only bleeding" is more rapesque than this. That is argued as the first rap hip/hop song, also fantastic and far less lyrically obscure than this.

Yeah that is the line, it is about his guitar 'Louise'is his guitar hence 'the ghost of 'lectricity howls in the bones of her face' The whole song is about his music and the way he was seen as turnining his back on the folk scene when he played electric.

After 19 months, it's just clear, that Kathy's not here......Gone to that place in the sky, where the people say you go when you die.Gone, after 29 years 7 months, in the wink of an eye. There was no time even to say a goodbye.....The Shrinks, the doctors, and your friends, just tell lies...While I sit and still wonder WHY?For: Kathleen F.
