Yea, It's not about confidence it's about how you were born. Black persons have stronger bones, that's why that won't float easily on water but white ppl have lighter bones so they float easier on water. That's why u see white ppl at the water sport mostly and black ppl at the run sport mostly. Did u really though it was about confidence? White ppl that are good enough for the olympics should have lack of training and confidence? Uhhh i think they train alot and have enough confidence.
