http://www.screwcensorship.com... get to choose what I expose next; Go post under What to Expose Next? on the page located in the above link! This just in: The government has censored the declaration of independence! The hypocrisy of July 4th is astounding. The Text:Censoring the Declaration of IndependenceEvery July 4th Americans celebrate a revolutionary document - The Declaration of Independence signed July 4th, 1776. The Declaration talks about the necessity "to dissolve the political bonds." About "unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Most radically of all it says "That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO ALTER OR ABOLISH IT, and to institute new government..." But some people don't want us to get that message...If you go to the Jefferson Memorial you will see that the engraving of the first lines of the Deceleration of Independence leaves out "the consent of the governed." and our "right to alter or abolish" government...Then there is this movie reading of the Declaration which closes the door to Independence hall just as we get to that important phrase...Don't let the government and the media censor the Declaration of IndependenceIt's time to celebrate the Fourth of July for what it really is..."Right to Alter or Abolish the Government DAY!" A true people's holiday! To clarify:This video is pointing out that the government has forgotten the true values that our country was built onI cite specific examples where the government has gone AGAINST the people (such as the draft, or iraq war). If we vote for them and they go against the people then how is this a democracy? I am not saying that I am in support for a direct democracy or that I am a libertarian, I am simply saying that the government should remember that the government is "for the people by the people"

1.Build a website.2.Make a video - stick it on your site.3.Make a big board with the name of your site.4.Stand in a place with your board where you will;a) block trafficb) cause loss of moneyc) attract a crowd5. Hold your board high + shoutIf you ensure that your video has the right sort of information, you might inspire ONE person to do what you do.In turn, he may attract even more attention than you and inspire TEN people...TEN people could easily turn to ONE HUNDRED

Unfortunately, we can't abolish it until the "governed," ie the majority of Americans, are sufficiently dissatisfied to start a revolution. The best thing to do for now is to fight the corrupted parts of the system, rather than the system in its entirety. Keep in mind that, for the most part, our liberties have been expanding over the last century or so (with a few notable exceptions).

I'm pissed about the Jefferson Memorial thing but not the movie clip. They had to cut it off at some point, and no matter what part of the speech he left in the middle of, one could interpret the part coming after that as "censored." Has anyone circulated a petition or something to get the Jefferson Memorial quote corrected?

We will NEVER stop expressing our opinions. We are free human beings living in free states. This is the internet. However, the government of the USA is seeing to it that any criticism will not be able to come through. Criticism is healthy, depending on the individual.

The USA has done some good things every once in a while. So what? That still doesn't change the fact that the constitution has been censored, by not using the part in which the very change to a new and healthy form of governance was suggested. In a way, it is wolfhoundj08 that can be called Nazis who don't like to see the dirty side of USA which a very big, terrible and detestable and ifluencial side of the USA and will be remembered as such.

We can start by NOT voting for a democrat or Republican. Vote them all out. Buy guns and ammo too.

So what should we do about it?? I've been arguing this point for years. OUR GOVERNMENT SUCKS, and voting NEW people into it obviously doesn't help, or the mess wouldn't still be here. What we need is to totally change our government system...the whole thing. And create a new one. But where do we start, how do we begin, and more importantly who is WE!

The Declaration of Independence was first published in full outside North America by the Belfast Newsletter on the 23rd of August, 1776.A copy of the document was being transported to London via ship when bad weather forced the vessel to port at Derry. The document was then carried on horseback to Belfast for the continuation of its voyage to England, whereupon a copy was made for the Belfast newspaper
