On average, the hip hop of today is diabolical, the hip hop of the 90s was great. Where have the rhythmic backing tracks gone, the passion and the flow? Who is L'il Wayne and what about that guy that just seems to scream - Usher's boy. It's poppy, cr*p, bring back the bounce and basslines. It's said often enough, there are no Biggies and Tupacs about anymore. DMX is a fine hip hop artist. Does some nice freestyle stuff too. |
