I disagree with parts of this presentation. If he is tracking referral traffic then it does not account for referral traffic that becomes organic on the next visit. So the only tracking he would pick up is someone who clicks on a referral link more than once.

The video's clarity is difficult to view. I tried to read the filters that he was showing in his powerpoint and had a hard time viewing it.
