If you add a distortion pedal to get rid of the amp's internal distortion then why was the channel select not on the "clean" channel? Isn't that defeating the purpose? I just bought this amp and have a pedal too so i'm curious.

I got a line 6 spider III- sweet sound, get a 75w or higher- comes with a bunch of built in tones

i have the RG100... which has 2x12s in it. and i cant get my strat to sound that good... but then again its a 65 so idk if its natural for vintage strats to sound overly bright? |
