i was fortunate enough to be a teenager when this song came out. the 80's was so messy politically in the uk but much of the music of the early 80's was just incredible. it's great to see so many people still rating these songs :o)

NO!.....you shouldn't wish to be born in the 80's, most homes in the UK had only one TV, I had to watch Emmerdale Farm, whilst I knew that top of the pops was on the BBC, it broke my heart because the batteries had worn out on my twin deck stereo with FM radio....it was £5 1987 money to replace those batteries....I must have missed the death of the Style Council whilst saving up. |
