A+ Finally a HVAC guy that know his stuff. The O2 6%, stack temp 315F, CO only 14%, draft4. This is good. The HVAC system in a non-conditioned space that has a dirt floor with no vapor barrier. This is a bad location for HVAC. The return ducts also have leakage causing negative crawl pressure. This is bad and this home has a moisture and odor problems. In the summer, while AC on; condensation occurs on the single wall and rusts. This unit is now a humidifier for this home. (In addition, CO, CO2)

the rusted pipe is ..because of the single wall vent..it causes it to cool down and condensate...which its not suppost to do...needs to be double vented to keep the temp up..and also check the chimney cap.

drip tee on C-vent? are you sure your mistaking it for pvc venting?

single wall pipe has different requirements in different areas. theres to drip tee on that vent pipe, no wonder its rusted out. that whole installation is a mess, why spend that much time testing all that crap. i can tell by looking at it that it sucks.
