if you have a class 3 you can buy FA heckler and koch and the only 22 lr mp5 look alike is the gsg5.

use the original sights with a mounted flamethrower a relex stock with 9mm black/swiss powder less kick more punch and if u need to clear the next room with out being percise use the [MFT] and torch em

actual HK mp5's are in upwards of 25,000 n they can only be single shot unless u in military or swat, they have other kinds that LOOK like mp5's, but they shoot .22 cal n even those are 3 or 4 grand
