Right, the woman says "jeux sans frontières" with a strong English accent. This European TV game show used to oppose teams from different countries and it still existed in the 90s. It was mostly sport, but with a humoristic outlook (players were often disguised).

YEah, I thought the woman was saying "She's so popular" but it's actually "Jeux sans frontieres". Games without Frontiers in French. I guess it was actually the name of a European game show before the song was written. The British one was called "It's a Knockout".
