Actually they would have to be very lucky to continue to be fine since there is only one case of siameses in the same condition to reach adulthood, God just didn't give a shit for all the other cases, just like he doesn't care about dying children in Africa or anyone. The reason? He doesn't exist or he is just a big time asshole.We can only hope man made technology advancements can make this girls live a good long life, thank the doctors and sciente, not God.
