The program is really pretty simple. When the light sensor reads that it is in a certain proximity to the ground it is set to stop causing the robot to shimmy forward. There is no sensor in the back which is why the bot falls over when it reverses. With a small amount of experimenting it should be easy to program with the NXT software.

Only noobs/scriptkiddies ask for someone else's programming. You should be learning Java and making your own programs. There is no fun in using other people's scripts.
