If you are reading this post, your interested in the truth about the income tax. Great. Look up Eisner vs Macomber, this is the Supreme Court case nobody seems to know about that clearly defines what is and what is not income!! Simply put, income is the profit that is derived from capital. At the end of your work week my dear American citizens how much profit did you realize. Most likely zero if you don't own the business. So why on april 15th do you declare on 1040 form you had income

Lol, Harry is not making any sense...WE have to pay taxes or we will be put in jail, its just a little bit slower. TAxes are voluntary? No they arent!! You are put in jail if you dont pay them eventually....Its just a little bit slower...I dont think Harry understood the question because he was making no sense!!! Now I know what the Senate never gets anything done, if they all have the same mindset he does....Hmmm I thought you had to be sane to be a senator....

Ok everyone, here is the deal, in Title 26 of the United States Code, which is the Internal Revenue code, No where inside does it say that the United States citizen living and working in the United States has to pay an income tax provided that all his money comes from within the United States. The only section in the Code of Federal Regulations dealing with income within the united states is 861 under that 861-8t has a list of income not tax exempt. Wages of a citizen workin in the US isnt there

When I lived in Europe, I had to file income tax returns. All my European relatives files tax returns also. They do have whitholding over there, just like here.

Federal Income Tax doesn't pay for any social services.... AT ALL. 100% of all federal income taxes is absorbed to pay an unpayable and ever-expanding federal defecit.Of course there are loopholes that exist in the fine print... The Fed and the IRS have got to go bye-bye.We can take care of ourselves well enough without these vampires. |
