Teehee... People's obliviousness to the world beyond wakeup, 9-5, eat, shower then bed is abundant. Those 3 million watts is used to focus a beam into the Ionosphere thus allowing the potential to elevate it further away from the earth to "deflect missles" But another purpose was to create areas of focused high pressure systems at which the jet stream is affect thus steering weather systems to desired locations.
