Bob Marley died from melanoma in his toe, the result of a football (soccer) injury. Don't spread around false information about cannabis, it's ignorant people like you that are the reason weed is still illegal. Marijuana can not cause cancer.

Marley's cancer was skin cancer, so I dont think it had something to do with smokes.I really could be mistaken though.
