Why don't you include subtitles?

Rainier is not a word in English. However Americans speak a bastardised version of English which includes many "made up" words. For example the word "misperception" is not a word at all. They are labouring under the misCONception that this is a word. However you will find this non-word in many American online dictationaries. It is very confusing if like me you are a European trying to learn correct English.

How can you say that? English had one of the largest vocabularies in the world, and it's always adapting new words into the language.

Yes it's pronounced the same in both British and American English, it's just the name of the city, it's Spanish actually, "Los Angeles" mean "the Angles" in English.
