Okay folks I'm just a 63 year old grandma, but take it easy. Back in 1985 when he wrote God Bless The U.S.A. and it won the CMA award for Song of The Year, none of us expected that his song would become so emotional and poignent to us 20 years (more or less)later.I love all his songs and even got to see him in person. I. O. U. is so asesome and one of my favotires!! It's a great one for all of us "in Love" out here! Here's to LOVE!

He wrote a patriotic song and now you attack him for that? what have you done! Hmm? I have 3 family members in afganistan and my dad's retired air force. Its people like him who the troops enjoy. Lee Greenwood and people like him need to keep up the good work.
