the was he was killed was filler.....in the manga they never showed the fight, and allen never met him..(komui just sed shit he died..so they couldn't show uber poweredness or it would ahve spiled what was to come later in the show...but they needed him killed by tyki so dude to the loos of an organ so..they put that scene together
