I believe all preformances for MUSIC JAPAN are lipsynced by ALL artists, or are pre-recorded before they actually preform.

i dont really know, is he lipsynching, it sounds like the actual sound, but i have seen lives where miku sings some song (like Kakusei Heroism) exactly like he sings it in CD. Of course the rap thing is lipsynching, but i dont know about the rest of the song...
