One thing I noticed is that the car woudn't be able to go through a "tunnel" it woud just "jump up to the top of the cardboard.

People just don't see that this type of stuff will lead to people actually feeling like they are in a game. Did you see how they became a part of the game when they put their hand in it? Eventually you will be able to interact with the AI just like how the car noticed the change and went over her hand. This is the future my friends. It is just going to take small steps like these to get us to games where we are in virtual worlds.
