@qwx11: How can it be proven that a judge renders their decisions based upon his or her agenda. Are you going to be the final arbiter in declaring that a decision was or wasn't made "according to the law?" What are you, a fascist that wants the US Supreme Court to be over-ruled when you or someone like you doesn't like a particular decision. Go ahead and start the procedure to amend the Constitution and see how far you get.

Overrule that fascist censorship. What is a supreme court for, but to clean out that crap?

Yeah, he is liar. By advantage he wants corporations to continue to run the country. NO , corporations are NOT citizens !

Dont' care what others say, but either the constitution needs to be amended so that a Supreme Court decision can be overidden by the other branches of government, or Supreme Court Justices should not be given life time appointments. If I had my way, only robots and cyborgs would be qualified to be judges. Because they would be programmed to render decision only "according to the law", and not taint them with their own liberal or conservative agendas.

He's right and he's wrong. He's right in that personal free speech should not be abridged. He's wrong in stating that a corporation or group should have the same rights as a person. And it was McCain, who suffered from obscene, vicious last minute "push poll" attacks from the Bush campaign, who pushed this, not Feingold avoiding criticism. Plus, he's a pompous ass.

He's right. The First Amendment should be protected.

Corporations should not have the rights of citizens! We need to end the bogus legal principle of corporate personhood. It is not part of the founder's vision. Free speech is a constitutional right guaranteed to citizens-individual humans and the press.

He is probably a guy who hires prostitutes every other night and sing them lullaby. Is he going to have a heart attack?

I disagree with a speaker in that corporations do use groups "like" Wisconsin Right to Life to push ideas. My union's political money comes from extra donations just like Wisconsin Right to Life. |
