Sorry dude, but that doesn't work. I believe there is a truck or something, but there is nothing special about it and has absolutely nothing to do with Mew, or any pokemon.

Can't you also get someone to trade you a pokemon with cut and just use that instead of going on the S.S. Anne and getting cut, and later when you have Surf and Strength you go to Vermilion and Surf across the water to the right and use Strength on the car to get mew?

good job man,there are a few other tricks which i prefer to use, but i think this is one of the best ways because you get it much earlier as with the tricks i know
