It rained for 2 months dipshit thats why it flooded.

yeah i was at school when that happened but unlike some people my age i write normally and i am pretty intelligent. People say that light rain couldn't course flooding however the videos are AFTER it had flooded ad the result of 24-36 hours possibly even 48 hours heavy rain and the drains that have to be said are poorly maintained flooded and there for my school was 4 ft under water due to hull being below sea level.
