No its 56mbps and if i plug the cable in it would be 100mbps.I take back what i said about gametrailers loading slow.My brother was downloading movies and software (i didn't noe this before) on the computer which slowed down the videos.Once i stopped those downloads everything was going smooth.ps. i said upgrade your vista cuz i think vista sucks. The only thing good about it is its ability to play "games for windows" games.I cant say anything though b/c i have vista lol(im triple booting)

Upload at 56mbps?? Maybe you ment to say 56kbps because I have 245kps and it buffers normaly.. I don't have to wait more than 5/7 seconds to watch the video and it doesn't stop!And I wouldn't change Windows Vista because it works perfectly with me since almost one year and half when I got my computer.. Actually I'm thinking to get a mac, they say it is quite good!!

My internet connection is fine. Its 56mbps (wireless adapter) and downloads at 4mbps.Also instead of you telling me to upgrade my flash or quicktime, you need to upgrade that Vista. Get Linux, Ubuntu/Xubuntu or even XP instead.

Maybe is the speed of your internet conecction who sucks!I have 1MB, (not much) and 512mb of ram (poor), and it loads very fine! I have windos vista!Try to download the last version of flash, or quicktime..
