Kinda of right - but in this instance I think the shark new something was up and left her... she said the shark breached the water - a trait exclusive to GW's. I think it knew something was up when it bit her and broke the surface of the water investigate before leaving her as it saw it wasn't a seal.

She didn't know that there was a shark out there before it bit her, but think over it, a so big shark? It could easily have killed her
