lifeblood was a beautiful album musically and james voice was pure gold on it..but it did feel a strangely cold and clinical album..the band admitted they weren't around each other much at the time and pretty much recorded it all separately! It sits nicely with this is my truth though musically in my opinion!

Good words there mate, Richey was a God, his lyrics on The Holy Bible were truly awe inspiring. There's just no justice, The Manics should rule the world, truly a great band.

this should have been a single to honour richey this is a great song, and it really shows how much they miss him, loosing their best mate was hard for them and fans lets always remember richey love you richey :D x

Best single on Lifeblood?!! It's only their best song ever! and one of the best top 10 songs everWhy oh why did they not release this as a single? An absolute travesty - saw it live in Cardiff Feb. 2005 - i have never had such shivers down my spine in my life - they played this vid in the background

Best song on Lifeblood album...It's only the best Manics song ever and one of the top 10 songs of all time (not quite as good as Back For Good). Why oh why did they not release this as a single? An absolute travesty - saw it live in Cardiff Feb. 2005 - i have never had such shivers down my spine in my life - they played this vid in the background

really touching & beautiful song..It makes me realise how hard it must be for them to go on as a band, but more importantly just to live without their friend.."we sense the breaking of our lives"

My favourite track on Lifeblood.Nevertheless,I was, too, always wondering if he would ever have listened to one of those many songs they made(some directly adressing, some less directly adressing him)for him if he was alive. It's tragic and cruel whether he is alive or not, how they so seem to long for his return.that's how it seems to me.
