Man...I finally found the name of the TV show with the little army men ! It was called The DarkRoom from 1981 Episode 6 "Siege of 31 August"....AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The movie I'm thinking of actually had a shrunken soldier or a couple of shrunken soldiers in army fatiques that were running around in this house at night. Man, does anyone know the name of the movie...it came out in late 70's or early 80's.
