cops and criminals are the same thing... the scum of our society becomes them... they tend to be those with no respect for human life and a propensity for violence... I'm cool watching the shit of our society fight the other shit...But sometimes cops and criminals interact with civilians which brings about things like police brutality and drive-by shootings... gangs need to make money as do police... I suppose though, I must acknowledge that BOTH are necessary evils - we need social deviants
